Palms / Mar Vista

Mar Vista is a highly diverse residential and commercial neighborhood in West Los Angeles, California. It is the home of Venice High School, two private schools, a branch public library and a city park. 
The Mar Vista neighborhood is near the heart of Los Angeles’ Westside, neighboring Santa Monica, Palms, Venice, Culver City, and Del Rey. It is a diverse city of single-family homes and apartment buildings. The hilly area known as “Mar Vista Hill” near the Santa Monica border have spectacular ocean views that give Mar Vista its name and hold some of the most expensive land in the community.
