My aunt died, and we were given the responsibility of selling her home in West Los Angeles and disposing of all her other property, even though we live on the East Coast. A web search and some recommendations from neighbors led to Michael, who quickly put us at ease. He handled most of the work for us, with frequent email and phone discussions. I ended up having to travel to L.A. only once, and my husband twice, throughout the entire process.

The listings, showings, needed repairs, document management, etc., all went smoothly, and we closed quickly. But, in addition to these normal tasks, Michael helped us with numerous extra details, like arranging for the sale of a car, an estate sale, a donation pickup, and a final cleanout. We also decided we wanted to ship a few (fragile) items cross-country, and he helped us arrange that too. This was all much easier than I imagined it would be.
