My wife and I had kept in touch with Michael Haddad over the last 5 years or so when we were considering selling our home. He was more than happy to give us advice and a sense of the market on the Westside.

Michael’s great enthusiasm and tact were definitely needed because the deal had a lot of twists and turns (from legal issues [who was the seller?] to appraisal issues).

He also uses his contacts to ensure that expenses are minimized (i.e., escrow fees, repair work, etc.) Michael is always reachable by phone, text or email and kept me regularly informed. Michael was extremely patient and accommodating in dealing with a very hectic transaction. I am sure that most seller would agree that selling a home could be one of the most horrifying and exhausting experience but Michael handled it with ease and care that I would definitely want him on my side when I go through it again.

I give Michael 6 stars for each category. Selling a house is not something that we do every day, so we “researched” many of the agents in our area. All of them are quality, but we chose Michael because he just seemed more down to earth. He is knowledgeable, cool, calm and collected, in an area that can make those who are not experienced apprehensive, to say the least. There are always bumps in the road, and Michael is very good at calming jangled nerves. He knows what he is doing, and knows others to help out with plumbing, electrical, and other needs one might have regarding making a house just right. I recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Michael is wonderful to work with. He has a complete knowledge of the marketplace in the neighborhood and kept me informed on the sale of the house from the day it was listed until the day it closed. Michael has made the sale of my house so easy! He recommended excellent contractors that allowed me to move forward quicker and the results from it put an impression on potential buyers. Michael offered me help with even little things that I would have never expected and thought that they are mine to deal with. Overall, Michael knows the homes in the area inside and out and everyone I spoke with in my neighborhood knew him spoke of him very fondly. This was very important for me because it made my decision to choose him as my realtor very easy. He met all of my expectations and even more and I can always recommend him to anyone knowing that they will be well taken care of.

He helped us secure a great price with no problems. Throughout the process, we were consistently, increasingly impressed by Michael’s competence, trustworthiness, and good judgment. His guidance and advice were spot-on and he engendered more confidence with virtually every communication we had with him.

Our home was a difficult sell which is probably an understatement. Although Michael was the listing Broker, when it was finally in escrow , he had to deal with a foreign investor and the investor’s Broker which proved to be an extremely frustrating experience not only for Michael but for the Escrow staff as well. Throughout this process, Michael always handled the continuing problems associated with this sale in a professional manner although this certainly was not the case with the Buyer’s Broker. We have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Michael to any prospective Buyer or Seller.

Selling my house ended up being a very long and difficult process. Throughout the process Michael was always available to answer my many calls texts and emails. Michael was always professional kind and extremely helpful. He gave me the advice and guidance I needed to get the house sold. I highly recommend Michael to anyone buying or selling a home and look forward to him helping me buy my next home.
