My aunt died, and we were given the responsibility of selling her home in West Los Angeles and disposing of all her other property, even though we live on the East Coast. A web search and some recommendations from neighbors led to Michael, who quickly put us at ease. He handled most of the work for us, with frequent email and phone discussions. I ended up having to travel to L.A. only once, and my husband twice, throughout the entire process.

The listings, showings, needed repairs, document management, etc., all went smoothly, and we closed quickly. But, in addition to these normal tasks, Michael helped us with numerous extra details, like arranging for the sale of a car, an estate sale, a donation pickup, and a final cleanout. We also decided we wanted to ship a few (fragile) items cross-country,
and he helped us arrange that too.

This was all much easier than I imagined it would be.

Michael Haddad owns the Westside market -- his overall name/brand recognition and professionalism creates value for any buyer or seller. Here is an example, I met with Michael a week before putting the house on the market. He was able to get all the proper materials together to launch the property on my ambitious schedule. In TWO DAYS, before we even had our first official open house, the property received multiple offers almost 100k over asking and we were in escrow. With no hiccups, the house closed in 30 days.

Michael worked with us to list and sell our home. He is very knowledgable of the area and is a great communicator. He was always available to answers any of the many questions we had either on the phone, email or txt and usually right away. If you're looking for an aggressive pushy realtor, Michael is not your guy, but if you want a realtor that will work with you to really understand the nuances of your home and help you achieve your goal with respect and integrity, he's definitely the realtor you want on your side.
